If you wish to host your next event at the Greater Dayton LGBT Center, please fill out the form below. Please note that we will need a deposit made payable to the Greater Dayton LGBT Center and the following forms signed at least 1 week before the event. We appreciate you considering the Greater Dayton LGBT Center.
